Customer equipment left with a unpaid
balance for service, for
over 30 days
will be sold for cost, with no reimbursement
due to the customer, and no liability assumed by us. Our only service warranty is on labor and service performed by us, which starts on the return of equipment to the customer, and no liability assumed by us. We do not, cannot, and will not guarantee or warranty any software installation or use. You must have your receipt for any warranty work to be done. New systems, where all parts have been purchased from us and all labor has been performed by us, carry a one-year warranty on all parts and labor. We will not be responsible for data loss, or existing equipment failure due to defects, while a customer's equipment is being serviced. Backup of data is the customer's responsibility, except where specifically indicated and specified by the customer. Even when specified, our responsibility will only extend to the data which it is possible to recover and reuse. Warranties made by us include all parts. Labor are included only where applicable in any of the above paragraphs. All Sales Are Final |
