This work is to be performed at my site within 4 working days of notification of update or change. Erie PC Distribution shall not be liable for any delay which may be caused by reason or on account of any Internet downtime. any act of God, unavoidable accidents or any other circumstances beyond their control. In the event of any such delay, the time limit for performance of the work shall be adequately extended. Erie PC Distribution shall not be responsible for Web Sites that are removed due to lack of payment or conflicts with ISP regulations or hosting contract. In the event the website is removed from the Internet either by owners or by ISP, this contract is voided and no further monthly fee is required.
